Do I have to sign up on the site to use the services of the Visa Agency?

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER and want to post job vacancies, you must register by filling in the registration form (only one language version is sufficient). Registration will become valid after checking the filled-in data by a site administrator.

Each time you log in, you as a registered employer see the following fields: my profile - you can change your password or company information; my ads - you can choose an ad and see how many people have applied for it, browse the application forms, fill out a new ad to post, change or cancel an active ad, find other information.

To post a new ad, you must fill in a form (only one language version is sufficient). After a review by an admin, the ad becomes visible to all visitors to the site. It is active for a certain period of time, and then it is automatically stored in an archive. You can request a pre-term suspension of the ad, which you do automatically with a specific button.

IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A JOB, you can choose whether to register or not. As an unregistered visitor to the site you can see the ads of the employers, but only as a registered user you can apply for an active ad through our platform.

To register, just fill in the form in one language version.

At each subsequent entry, you as a registered user can: post your CV; see a list of the ads you've applied for; apply for an active ad; change your password or find other information.

In which regions are the services of the Visa Agency provided?

Visa Agency provides services to employers and jobseekers across the Romania-Bulgaria cross-border area, as follows:

In Romania - Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Calarasi and Constanta districts

In Bulgaria - Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Silistra and Dobrich districts.

Are the services of the Visa Agency paid?

Agency services are free for both employers and jobseekers.
